Job Overview

You’ll be the welcoming voice that connects new clients with their wellness journey while nurturing existing relationships to build a loyal community. This role puts you at the heart of a boutique wellness business where every interaction matters. You’ll work with cutting-edge wellness management software to make data-driven recommendations that directly impact business growth, all while helping people achieve their health and wellness goals from the comfort of your home office.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week); flexible 3-4 days weekly, either 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM Australian Eastern Time

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (East Coast)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm phone calls and text message follow-ups through MindBody lead management system
  • Offer complimentary trial classes to prospective clients and guide them through their first studio experience
  • Upsell existing pass holders to membership packages using consultative sales techniques
  • Reconnect with previous clients who haven’t visited recently to bring them back into the community
  • Design and implement targeted promotional campaigns for client segments (such as 90-day inactive clients)
  • Analyze MindBody statistics and reports to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
  • Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to attract new clients
  • Collaborate with studio owner on retention strategies and business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience with proven ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Strong communication skills for both phone conversations and text-based client interactions
  • Sales experience with demonstrated ability to upsell and convert leads into loyal customers
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret reports, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Bonus if you have experience with MindBody booking and management software
  • It helps if you have social media advertising experience, particularly with Facebook and Instagram ads
  • You bring enthusiasm for wellness and helping people achieve their health goals
