Spanish Bilingual Lead Follow-Up Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and professional Bilingual Lead Follow-Up Specialist to manage inbound/outbound communication and appointment scheduling. This role is critical in ensuring that every potential lead and existing client receives timely, professional, and structured follow-up. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in converting interest into scheduled appointments and maintaining the brand's professional voice.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Orlando, FL Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact by promptly and professionally answering all incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries, questions, doubts, complaints, or any matters related to our services.

  • Respond to customer messages via email, text, or the platform inbox, including requests for estimates, questions about quotes, changes to proposals, and general office-related customer service.

  • Coordinate with customers to schedule on-site visits, project start dates, and any necessary changes or adjustments to the project schedule.

  • Focus on the most critical responsibility: Follow up with hot leads and drive sales through a structured sales process. This includes making outbound calls and sending messages to warm/hot leads to convert them into scheduled appointments and closed sales.

  • Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to hot leads and prospects.

  • Utilize company-provided scripts and structured communication templates to ensure consistency across all interactions (calls, texts, and emails).

  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including lead status, notes from all interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback, ensuring real-time visibility for the entire team.

  • Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and working together to achieve collective sales goals.

  • Continuously update knowledge on products, sales techniques, market trends, and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using VoIP software, messaging platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of following structured workflows and scripts.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, sales assistance, or appointment setting is highly preferred.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
