Sales Outreach & Support Assistant

Job Description:

You’ll be the voice of a thriving event venue, ensuring no potential booking slips through the cracks. This role puts you at the center of the customer journey—from that first excited phone call about a dream wedding to the follow-up that turns a maybe into a yes. You’ll work directly with the business owner to streamline operations and create seamless experiences that keep clients coming back and referring others.

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 10am-2pm PST

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries during business hours
  • Follow up with warm wedding leads who have completed venue tours and received pricing guides
  • Conduct quarterly outreach campaigns to re-engage previous inquiries and convert them to bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guide clients through the booking process
  • Manage CRM records, update client files, and maintain organized lead databases
  • Handle administrative tasks including invoice follow-ups and billing coordination
  • Post and schedule pre-created social media content across multiple platforms
  • Manage bi-monthly newsletter distribution featuring upcoming events and party planning tips
  • Schedule consultations between qualified prospects and reservation specialists
  • Support client onboarding processes to ensure smooth event planning experiences

Requirements:

  • You bring strong customer service experience with a professional, warm phone presence and clear communication skills.
  • Sales experience is a major bonus—you understand how to handle inquiries, address concerns, and guide prospects toward decisions.
  • You’re comfortable with CRM systems and administrative software, can work independently in a remote environment, and thrive on consistent schedules.
  • It helps if you have experience with social media scheduling tools and enjoy the event planning industry.
