Job Description:

The Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a portfolio of e-commerce clients. The role begins with backend campaign management and performance optimization, with a transition into client communication and account ownership once fully integrated.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in managing multiple accounts, comfortable working independently, and confident driving performance improvements across e-commerce campaigns.

Schedule

    • Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM UK Time with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)​​

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage Google Ads campaigns for an initial portfolio of approximately 10 e-commerce clients, scaling to 15–20 accounts
    • Optimize campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements
    • Execute campaign strategies in line with established SOPs and agency processes
    • Conduct performance analysis and prepare insights for strategy discussions
    • Collaborate closely with agency founders on account strategy and deliverables
    • Transition into direct client communication and relationship management after onboarding
    • Adapt to increasing account volume as the agency grows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven experience working with e-commerce client
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance analysis
  • Strong English communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into structured systems
  • Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics and ROI
