Responsibilities

• Set up and strategically manage Reddit communities to maximize engagement and traffic
• Create and schedule compelling social media content across Reddit and Twitter/X platforms
• Drive targeted traffic from social media platforms to designated marketing funnels
• Pin and optimize affiliate marketing links within managed communities
• Focus marketing efforts on attracting English-speaking audiences with higher conversion potential
• Monitor and analyze traffic patterns to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate directly with the agency owner on campaign strategy and expansion
• Potentially expand marketing efforts to Instagram and other emerging platforms
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and community engagement standards
• Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven experience with Reddit and Twitter/X platform management
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and traffic generation
• Computer literacy and technical proficiency with online platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Experience in performance marketing or marketing within specialized niches is a plus
• Familiarity with anti-detect browsers and privacy tools is an advantage
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms is a bonus
