Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & SEO Associate to support marketing initiatives across graphic design, social media management, and search engine optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and digital marketing, is comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks, and can translate ideas into compelling visual content while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials including catalogues, flyers, brochures, and business cards
• Create engaging visual content for social media and online marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity

Social Media Management

• Plan and publish organic social media content
• Support paid and promotional campaigns, including Facebook Marketplace ads
• Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to improve performance and reach

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Assist with SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Support keyword optimization and content updates
• Identify opportunities to improve the company’s online presence and traffic

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a similar role
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and strong creative skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications / Nice to Have

• Experience with Facebook Ads or Marketplace listings
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Experience supporting SEO or website content optimization

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
