Job Overview
This is a remote administrative role supporting financial advisors with data entry, client communication, and meeting coordination. The position involves managing commission statements, organizing annual client meetings, and updating internal systems. The role requires approximately 4-5 outbound calls per day and basic document preparation using existing templates.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm PM NZST (40 hours per week)
Client Timezone: New Zealand Standard Time 

Responsibilities

  • Update commission statements from insurance providers across all internal systems through regular data entry.
  • Organize and schedule annual client review meetings and prepare all necessary documentation.
  •  Create and update client documents using pre-existing Word document templates. 
  •  Process updates to client direct debit details and manage administrative requests. 
  •  Obtain insurance quotes for clients by accessing multiple insurance company portals using provided login credentials. 
  •  Handle basic client communication including email correspondence and limited phone outreach. 

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial data and client records. 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction. 
  • Proficiency with online CRM systems and web-based platforms.
  •  Ability to follow detailed instruction manuals and standard operating procedures. 

Nice-To-Have Requirements

  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with commission processing or client relationship management systems.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
