Job Description

You’ll become the organizational backbone for a successful furniture sales operation, ensuring seamless CRM management and consistent client communication. This role offers the perfect opportunity to grow alongside an established sales professional who values partnership and reliability. You’ll handle the critical administrative tasks that keep deals moving forward while the client focuses on building relationships and closing sales. Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry of sales quotes and client information into Salesforce CRM
  • Conduct monthly follow-up emails to contacts requesting project updates and timeline adjustments
  • Monitor and manage emails with specific deadlines to ensure timely responses and follow-through
  • Create and distribute weekly marketing communications through Constant Contact (3 weeks per month)
  • Attach product cut sheets and factory information to marketing campaigns
  • Write basic email content for factory updates and new product launches using provided information
  • Add new contact information and maintain clean, organized CRM database
  • Support general administrative tasks as the partnership evolves and grows

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data management
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions consistently
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
  • It helps if you have basic marketing communication experience
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with the furniture or manufacturing industry
