Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Social Strategy: Plan and manage a dynamic content calendar with 3–4 high-quality posts weekly across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Visual Production: Design engaging graphics, edit polished reels, and produce video content from raw footage to capture the brand’s "healthy but delicious" aesthetic.
- Marketing Collateral: Create promotional materials, such as digital flyers and in-store signage, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Digital Strategy & SEO
- Search Optimization: Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid visibility.
- Lead Generation: Build engagement and generate leads via targeted social media campaigns designed to increase customer loyalty.
- Asset Management: Organize all creative assets using shared drive systems for seamless team access and historical tracking.
Collaboration & Growth
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with the client team, implementing feedback regularly to refine the brand voice.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform analytics to adjust content strategies based on what resonates most with the audience.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Significant background in social media management and digital content creation.
- Creative Suite Mastery: Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Technical SEO/SEM: Practical knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing with demonstrable results.
- Brand Intuition: A strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain visual consistency across different media.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Organization: Comfortable managing multiple platforms and concurrent content projects under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Industry Background: Previous experience in the restaurant, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or food industry (Highly Preferred).
- Long-term Commitment: Availability for an ongoing partnership (6 months minimum).
