Client Overview
A well-established recruitment company specializing in connecting Filipino talent with international career opportunities. They focus on healthcare, hospitality, and technical sectors, helping professionals secure meaningful positions across Australia, the Middle East, and the United States. The company has been operating successfully for years and maintains strong relationships with overseas employers.
Schedule

Monday - Friday; 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT (40 work hours per week).
Note: Includes 3-4 hours daily overlap with target market timezones (Australia, Middle East, US).

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential client companies in target markets based on specific parameters and industry focus
- Make outbound calls to verify lead information, contact details, and company legitimacy
- Present the company’s international recruitment services during initial prospect conversations
- Qualify prospects by determining their genuine interest in hiring Filipino professionals for overseas positions
- Verify that key contacts remain in their positions and companies meet minimum hiring thresholds
- Pass thoroughly vetted, interested leads to senior leadership for deal development
- Maintain detailed records of all research activities and call outcomes
- Focus on quality verification to ensure leads meet minimum requirements (5-10+ hiring needs)
- Handle rejection professionally while maintaining persistence in competitive international markets
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with a clear accent suitable for international business calls
- Essential experience in lead generation with voice/calling components
- Has end to end experience. Experience and ability to close is a must
- Solid research abilities using various tools and databases
- Understanding of recruitment or staffing industry dynamics
- Comfortable with rejection and persistence in outbound calling
- Experience dealing with international clients
- Technical comfort with CRM systems and professional phone presence for delivering elevator pitches effectively
- Bonus: Specific experience with Australian, Middle Eastern, or US markets
