Join a rapidly growing UK-based digital marketing agency that’s scaling fast and building its first dedicated offshore team. This company specializes in SEO services and manages campaigns for multiple clients, with exciting expansion plans that include web design and advanced SEO specialization.

Client Overview:

You’ll be the founding member of what will become a collaborative team, working directly with the Managing Director on high-impact digital marketing operations. This isn’t just another VA role – you’re joining at the ground floor of a team-building initiative where you’ll help shape processes, mentor future hires, and grow alongside a business that’s experiencing rapid expansion. You’ll handle diverse marketing tasks while building the foundation for a cohesive, office-based team in the Philippines.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (GMT, 30 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage AI-generated blog content by copying and pasting from Gemini, following detailed instructions
  Create and schedule GMB (Google My Business) posts for different business profiles using the OneUp scheduling platform
• Source and curate social media content, including images and posts, across multiple client accounts
• Handle various administrative and digital marketing tasks as business needs evolve
• Communicate directly with the Managing Director on daily operations and provide regular task completion updates
• Contribute to process development and team structure as the offshore team expands

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, virtual assistance, or related field
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to hold detailed conversations and understand complex instructions
• Experience with social media management, content creation, and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Google My Business management and digital marketing platforms
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Bonus if you have experience with OneUp, Gemini, or similar AI content tools
• It helps if you’re located in the Philippines and interested in potential future office-based work
