Job Overview
Our client is looking for an Outbound Appointment Setter who will be responsible for contacting prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to generate interest and book qualified appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and strong organizational ability to manage leads efficiently while maintaining a professional and engaging approach.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective leads
- Qualify potential clients based on established criteria before booking appointments
- Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales or account management team
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Manage and organize lead lists, track communication history, and follow up promptly
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine appointment-setting strategies
- Handle basic client inquiries and provide general information about company services
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role
- Experience working with international clients (U.S., U.K., or Australia preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and managing objections professionally
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a sales-driven or lead generation environment
- Familiarity with sales funnels and appointment conversion processes
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying client communication styles
