Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior B2B Appointment Setter responsible for conducting outbound prospecting calls, engaging with decision-makers, and securing qualified discovery meetings for multiple client campaigns. This is not an entry-level role; the ideal candidate must have a strong track record in B2B outbound sales, with the ability to confidently lead conversations, handle objections, and control call flow. You will be speaking directly with founders, directors, and senior executives; therefore, strong communication, credibility, and sales confidence are essential.

Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls to targeted B2B prospects during Australian business hours; engage senior decision-makers and introduce services clearly.
- Meeting Generation: Consistently generate and qualify meetings using structured discovery questions to ensure they meet campaign criteria.
- Sales Conversation & Call Control: Maintain authority and professionalism; handle objections expertly and adapt messaging based on industry and prospect needs.
- Multi-Campaign Representation: Represent multiple client businesses simultaneously by quickly mastering various value propositions and ideal customer profiles.
- CRM & Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of call activity and update dialing systems consistently with detailed prospect notes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in briefings and call reviews, implementing feedback to improve booking rates and sharing market insights.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B appointment setting or outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record of booking meetings through cold calling.
- Demonstrated ability to speak confidently with senior decision-makers (Founders, Directors, CXOs).
- Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and call-control skills.
- Experience working in lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and professional call setup.
Qualifications
- Experience working with lead generation agencies (Preferred).
- Background in SaaS, digital services, or business services sales (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Australian or international B2B markets (Preferred).
- Proficiency using CRM platforms and automated dialing systems (Preferred).
