Job Title: Operations & Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview
This is a hybrid Operations + Marketing role.
You will manage and quality-check client media deliverables as a priority, then support marketing initiatives and administrative operations once deliverables are completed.
This role requires someone highly reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with an onshore team.
Core Responsibilities
Media Operations (Deadline-Driven)
- Download completed media from offshore editors
- Perform quality control checks (accuracy, formatting, order specifications)
- Make light edits in Photoshop when necessary
- Resize, adjust, or export files properly
- Upload deliverables to the appropriate platform
- Verify order accuracy against client specifications
- Send completed deliverables to clients
- Escalate issues promptly to the operations team
Primary KPI: 100% on-time and accurate delivery
Marketing Support
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Design marketing graphics (Photoshop/Canva)
- Assist with email campaign design and scheduling
- Maintain website updates (WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms)
- Repurpose content for multiple channels
- Track basic engagement metrics
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist the onshore admin team with operational tasks
- Maintain internal tracking systems
- Help improve SOPs and workflow documentation
- Communicate with editors when revisions are needed
- Support seasonal workload fluctuations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Photoshop proficiency
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed processes consistently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dependable computer setup
- Comfortable working with SOPs and checklists
- Ability to manage deadlines independently
