Job Description:
You’ll be the vital connection between people seeking relief from pelvic floor issues and specialized healthcare services that can transform their lives. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while building your sales career with warm, qualified leads from established marketing campaigns. You’ll work with proven scripts and processes, focusing on guiding prospects through scheduling their initial consultations rather than cold calling.

Client Overview:
A growing chiropractic and wellness center specializing in life-changing pelvic floor and incontinence treatments. They’re experiencing rapid growth through successful marketing campaigns and need dedicated support to convert their increasing lead volume into patient appointments. This established practice works with proven coaching systems and has clear processes in place.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Central || Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central (40 hours per week, with 30 minutes of paid break)

Key Responsibilities:
● Make multiple outbound calls daily to qualified leads from active marketing campaigns
● Follow up systematically with prospects interested in pelvic floor and incontinence treatment
● Use provided scripts and processes to guide natural conversations with potential patients
● Schedule appointments and consultations for qualified prospects
● Handle inbound calls related to lead inquiries and patient questions
● Manage lead data and follow-up activities in the established lead management system
● Maintain consistent communication with prospects until conversion or disqualification
● Work within proven healthcare marketing campaign workflows

Requirements:
● Previous sales experience with strong phone communication skills
● Comfortable making multiple outbound calls per day to healthcare prospects
● Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural, empathetic conversation flow
● Professional phone manner suitable for sensitive healthcare conversations
● Experience with CRM or lead management systems preferred
● Bonus if you have healthcare or medical sales experience
● It helps if you’re comfortable discussing health-related topics professionally
