You’ll join a high-growth food consulting company as their Executive Assistant, with exceptional opportunities to advance into sales analyst, manager, or business development director roles. Client Overview
A rapidly scaling strategic food consulting group that’s revolutionizing global food service operations. Despite being less than six months old, they’ve already reached $4M ARR and are expanding across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC markets. They represent major food manufacturers and work with the world’s largest restaurant chains and QSR brands.
Schedule:
- 20h per week - Monday and Friday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm - Toronto time
- Client Time zone: Eastern Time (Toronto)

Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistant support to the founder and president during rapid international expansion
- Manage scheduling and administrative coordination for C-suite leadership team
- Support business operations across multiple global markets and time zones
- Assist with coordination of international business development activities and client relationships
- Handle executive communications and correspondence with major food industry clients
- Support preparation and logistics for international business trips and networking events
- Assist with administrative aspects of client relationship management for major QSR accounts
- Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives as the company scales globally
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally recent university graduate
- Business degree or advanced science/physics degree preferred
- Experience in the food service industry, particularly Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is a plus
- Previous work experience at food companies like Burger King, Popeyes, or similar food chains highly valued
- With strong drive and ambition
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Bonus if you have sales experience or exposure to food manufacturing/supply chain
- It helps if you’re familiar with global food brands and restaurant operations.
