Schedule
Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with 30 minutes unpaid break (approx. 23 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients from various lead sources, showcasing premium removal and body cleaning services with enthusiasm and expertise
- Transform inquiries into confirmed bookings, aiming to secure 5–10 new jobs each week
- Provide top-notch customer service by managing expectations, confirming appointments, and addressing concerns promptly
- Conduct pre-move confirmation calls to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle initial customer inquiries and minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine sales strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a service-based industry
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a talent for turning customer concerns into positive outcomes
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while making multiple phone calls throughout the day
- Strong time management skills and capability to work with the schedule
