Job Description:

You’ll be the essential bridge between potential customers and quality electrical services, working during the high-impact hours when most competitors have gone home. This role puts you at the center of business growth, where your communication skills directly convert leads into scheduled appointments. You’ll handle both inbound customer calls and time-sensitive outbound follow-up, making every conversation count in a competitive market where speed determines success. 

Schedule:

• 20 hours a week Monday Thru Friday - 10am to 2pm PST

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls during after-hours periods when demand is highest
• Schedule electrical service appointments and manage customer expectations professionally
• Follow up on warm leads from Angie’s List, Google Local Service Ads, and paid search campaigns
• Respond to new leads within one minute to maximize conversion rates in competitive markets
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in FieldPulse management system
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and scheduling changes with professionalism
• Provide weekend coverage to capture business when competitors aren’t available
• Build rapport with potential customers to convert inquiries into booked appointments

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in service-based industries
• Appointment setting or lead generation background
• Experience with CRM or management systems (ServiceTitan experience helpful, FieldPulse familiarity a bonus)
• Understanding of lead response urgency and conversion best practices
• Comfortable working after-hours schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to multitask between inbound calls and outbound lead follow-up
• It helps if you’re familiar with residential service industries

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
