Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, flexible within Pacific Time (PST) business hours

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic Social Media Content Strategist who can take ownership of content direction across multiple brands. This role goes beyond execution — you will be responsible for identifying trends, developing content strategies, and driving measurable engagement results.
You will work closely with the business owner to translate ideas into high-performing content, while proactively identifying new opportunities to grow reach and engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic content ideas across three distinct brand voices (personal brand, couples content, and AI/SaaS)
- Identify, analyze, and adapt trending content opportunities for each account
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and reach
- Organize and manage content workflows using ClickUp from ideation to publishing
- Define and refine content pillars, recommending adjustments based on performance insights
- Collaborate with the team on content production, including use of DaVinci Resolve cloud workflows when required
- Track and report on content output, engagement metrics, and growth performance
- Proactively identify new content opportunities and strategies beyond assigned tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in content strategy or social media marketing
- Proven track record of driving engagement growth across social platforms
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into effective content strategies
- Experience managing multiple brand voices simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing platforms
- Background in performance analytics and reporting
- Experience working with B2B or SaaS brands
