Schedule: Part Time. - 20h per week - Flexible schedule but with 1h overlap with Central Time Zone for updates.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily transaction matching and data entry for multiple restaurant clients
• Migrate daily sales data into Restaurant 365 and other ERP systems
• Complete monthly reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all client accounts
• Handle various administrative tasks related to bookkeeping operations
• Maintain open communication channels with team members for questions and support
• Adapt to different accounting software systems as client needs vary
• Support the onboarding of new restaurant clients as the firm expands
• Ensure timely completion of weekly deliverables and deadlines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in US bookkeeping roles
• Strong background in US accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable learning and adapting to different accounting software systems
• Bonus if you have experience with Restaurant 365 or restaurant industry accounting
• It helps if you’re detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Nice to have experience with ERP systems and data migration processes
