Job Description: You’ll be the first point of contact for Australian business owners seeking funding solutions, helping them navigate away from costly mortgage brokers who don’t understand commercial finance. This role offers significant earning potential with performance bonuses, as you’ll be part of a proven system that’s expanding rapidly due to favorable market conditions. You’ll work with an experienced team that values quality over quantity and provides clear processes for success.

Schedule: 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week) based on trial performance; 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses to generate qualified leads for asset finance and business loans
  • Qualify prospects using provided scripts and question sets to ensure leads meet immediate funding needs
  • Gather complete information for all required qualification questions before submitting leads
  • Distinguish between actionable leads (immediate needs) and future inquiries
  • Achieve target of 7 qualified leads per week
  • Follow up on incomplete submissions until all required information is collected
  • Work within established call-to-lead conversion metrics (targeting 2-3 leads per 8 calls)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the finance industry (essential requirement)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Understanding of business finance concepts and terminology
  • Experience with Australian finance market preferred
  • Ability to work independently without hand-holding or extensive training
  • Resilience and perseverance for outbound calling activities
  • Knowledge of when to optimally time calls based on finance industry experience

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
