Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support their team with data management, customer communication, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, stays beautifully organized, and communicates with clarity and professionalism.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-structured internal records
- Prepare reports and build presentation templates using Google Slides
- Handle customer inquiries via online chat in a warm, service-oriented manner
- Prepare and organize sales invoices, contracts, and financial documents
- Update and manage customer databases, marketing lists, and other records
- Coordinate with internal departments to keep projects flowing smoothly
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Collaborate with the team to refine and streamline administrative processes
Requirements
- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- High reliability and excellent attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Quick learner who adapts well to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with online communication and collaboration tools
