Job Overview
Our client is looking for a data-driven, strategic Social Media Ads Manager to own paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role is responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and continuous performance improvement across multiple client accounts.
You will work closely with creative, copy, and account strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
- Develop paid social strategies aligned with client KPIs (leads, sales, bookings, ROAS)
- Build full-funnel campaign structures (awareness → retargeting → conversion)
- Conduct competitive research and audience analysis
- Identify testing opportunities and scaling strategies
Campaign Management
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage budgets ranging from small local campaigns to multi-thousand monthly spends
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and offers
- Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, targeting, and creative as needed
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and interpret KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Provide clear, actionable reporting to internal teams and clients
- Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data to inform strategy
- Identify bottlenecks in funnels and recommend solutions
Collaboration
- Work with copywriters and designers to develop high-converting ad creative
- Coordinate with CRM/automation teams for funnel optimization
- Support account managers in strategy presentations and performance reviews
Requirements
- 2–5+ years managing paid social campaigns
- Demonstrated success managing measurable ROI-focused campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (required); LinkedIn Ads preferred
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions independently
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience in local service marketing or franchise/multi-location brands
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or CRM-based funnel tracking
- Strong copy instincts and creative direction experience
