Job Overview

Our client is looking for a conversion-focused Copywriter to craft compelling, performance-driven messaging across blogs, paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and websites. This is not a brand-only or editorial role — this is a results-first writing position. Your words should generate clicks, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate understands that success is measured by high-performing ad variations, improved conversion rates, and persuasive messaging that drives immediate action.

Client Overview

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads Copy: Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms; develop multiple hooks and testing variations; adapt tone based on industry and audience.
  • Landing Pages & Funnels: Write landing page copy optimized for conversion; structure messaging for clarity, persuasion, and action; collaborate with designers and ad managers.
  • Email & Automation: Create nurture sequences, promotional emails, and re-engagement campaigns; write subject lines optimized for open rates.
  • Content Collaboration: Support blog and long-form content as needed; participate in creative brainstorming sessions; translate client value propositions into compelling messaging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience writing conversion-focused marketing copy
  • Strong understanding of direct response principles
  • Ability to write in multiple brand voices
  • Experience writing for paid social campaigns
  • Strong editing and self-review skills
  • Ability to work during Orlando, FL (EST) business hours

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks (Preferred)
  • Experience in local service, SaaS, or franchise marketing (Preferred)
  • Understanding of funnel strategy and customer journey stages (Preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
