Schedule:
• Part-time,20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CT (to support both PST and CST time zones)
• Opportunity to scale to 40 hours per week as the business grows
• Must be based in LATAM and able to work within US time zones
• Spanish fluency (written and verbal) required

The company manages a growing portfolio of real estate investments, including short-term rentals (Airbnb/STRs), long-term rental properties, and ongoing renovation projects across California and Texas.
The business owner is expanding operations and seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day property management, tenant coordination, guest experience, and renovation oversight.
This is a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where you will work directly with the owner, gain exposure to multiple aspects of real estate operations, and play a key role in scaling multiple ventures.
The client strongly prefers a LATAM-based professional who is bilingual (Spanish/English) and culturally aligned with US markets.
Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations for short-term and long-term rental properties
• Manage guest communications, bookings, cancellations, and ensure 5-star experiences
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor schedules
• Conduct virtual property inspections and quality control checks
• Assist in renovation and repair project coordination, tracking timelines and budgets
• Maintain property documentation, lease records, and tenant onboarding processes
• Prepare invoices, monitor rent collection, and track property-related expenses
• Create and optimize rental listings and support marketing efforts using Canva
Requirements:
• Must be based in LATAM and fluent in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in property management, Airbnb co-hosting, or real estate support
• Strong understanding of short-term rental operations and tenant coordination
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or renovation projects preferred
• Proficiency in Canva and basic social media scheduling
• Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and rent tracking
• Tech-savvy with experience using property management and remote collaboration tools
• Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently
