Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Review scan data to identify why captures appear incomplete, distorted, or lack proper coverage
- Reprocess Scans: Use admin portals and CLI tools to reconfigure and re-run failed scans for optimal results
- Customer Guidance: Translate technical scan failures into user-friendly advice for customers on proper techniques to improve future scan quality
- Design Team Advice: Work closely with the design team on how they can achieve the desired outcome for floor plan creation when a scan may or may not require reprocessing
- Development Team Liaison: Transform recurring technical hurdles into structured feedback for the development team to improve automated processing
- Pipeline Management: Monitor orders to ensure they meet delivery deadlines, proactively managing delays with the design and customer service teams
- Rapid Amendments: Perform quick floor plan edits (Illustrator/Photoshop) to ensure short turnaround times for urgent customer requests
- Knowledge Base: Maintain a living library of common scan issues and resolutions
- Performance Tracking: Deliver fortnightly reports analyzing order delay issues, common failure points, and amendment error volumes to recommend continuous improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting or technical support roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for quick graphic amendments
- Experience working with admin portals and a comfort level using CLI (Command Line Interface) tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce detailed performance reports
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical issues into simple instructions for customers
- Reliable internet connection and a workspace suitable for focused technical work
