Schedule: Flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM during business hours, Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne) (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads from established referral networks and social media channels
- Generate new prospects through targeted outbound sales activities
- Close investment property deals over the phone with qualified buyers
- Research and source appropriate house and land packages tailored to individual client investment goals
- Identify suitable land options and match them with optimal house designs
- Present compelling investment proposals that align with client financial objectives
- Collaborate with the team during initial training to master company processes and market knowledge
- Maintain flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling preferences
- Meet performance targets of 1-2 closed sales per 20-hour work period
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with real estate or property investment background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in phone-based sales with both inbound and outbound experience
- Experience working within the Australian real estate market and understanding of investment property dynamics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings when clients require
- Performance-driven mindset with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying optimal property matches
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for phone-based sales
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
