Client Overview

Join a thriving holistic dermatology clinic that combines traditional dermatology with natural healing approaches including acupuncture and specialized facial treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients seeking wellness and beauty solutions, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent patient care and smooth clinic operations. You’ll work with a dedicated team of three healthcare providers who are passionate about helping clients achieve their best skin health through both conventional and holistic methods.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from current and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and book appointments for facials, acupuncture, and dermatology consultations
• Respond to routine client questions about services, procedures, and clinic operations
• Route complex medical inquiries to appropriate healthcare providers when needed
• Make outbound follow-up calls to clients as required for appointment confirmations and care coordination
• Maintain timely response standards for all client inquiries and callback requests
• Ensure accurate appointment scheduling and client information management
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the clinic’s commitment to holistic wellness

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience with proven ability to handle phone-based interactions
• Advanced English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
• Positive, empathetic attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with healthcare clients
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment suitable for confidential healthcare calls
• Ability to work dedicated hours during Pacific Time business operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience with appointment scheduling systems is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
• Knowledge of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, or natural medicine approaches is a bonus
