Our client is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in technology sector clients requiring advanced technical content and web solutions. The team consists of approximately 10 professionals working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where projects can pivot quickly.

JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic Web Designer who can create original, engaging websites from scratch with strong storytelling capabilities. This role requires both frontend design expertise and backend troubleshooting skills to maintain and integrate various web functionalities. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, providing strategic input on content presentation and design decisions rather than simply executing provided specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build complete websites from scratch using original creative concepts rather than template duplication.

• Provide strategic input on content structure and presentation, offering recommendations to improve messaging and user experience.

• Troubleshoot backend issues including broken integrations, SSL certificate installation, and other technical maintenance tasks.

• Create dynamic, visually compelling designs that tell a story rather than basic out-of-the-box template implementations.

• Collaborate with existing design team members while taking on lead-level projects independently.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven portfolio demonstrating original website designs created from scratch, not template modifications or Figma duplications (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

• Strong visual storytelling abilities with the capacity to transform content into engaging, dynamic web experiences.

• Backend troubleshooting capabilities, including integration work, SSL certificates, and general maintenance without requiring heavy coding.

NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with HubSpot platform.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation. Proficiency in Spanish language.

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
