Job Overview

Our client is looking for a full-time professional video editor who can handle both video editing and graphic design tasks. This is a remote position focused on creating high-performing short-form video content for Meta advertising campaigns, typically 20 seconds in length. The ideal candidate will work closely with the agency owner to execute creative briefs and produce fast-paced, engaging video content that drives results.

Client Overview

The client is a performance marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns. They serve clients primarily based in Australia and are expanding their creative production capabilities.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for Meta advertising campaigns based on provided briefs and scripts.
• Edit videos with fast cuts and dynamic pacing optimized for social media platforms including reels and TikTok.
• Design static graphics and visual assets for digital advertising campaigns as needed.
• Incorporate AI-generated images and video elements into creative productions.
• Execute multiple creative variations per project to support testing and optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in professional video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Demonstrated ability to edit both short-form and long-form video content from raw footage.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to produce visually compelling content for digital advertising.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing and graphic design work.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with basic motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Background working with performance marketing or advertising agencies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video and image generation tools.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
