Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist – Growing Sales Team | Remote | Immediate Start

Job Description:

You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic outbound calling and customer engagement. This isn’t just another calling job – you’ll be working with warm lead lists in a structured CRM system, setting qualified appointments for experienced closers who convert your hard work into real deals. Client Overview:

Join a growing business that operates a hybrid staffing model with both domestic and international team members. This company has a proven track record of managing remote teams effectively and provides all the tools and lead lists you need to succeed. They focus on results-driven sales activities with clear processes and strong support systems in place. 

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to prospects using provided lead lists in the company CRM system
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals and drive revenue
  • Handle approximately 5 inbound calls per week from interested prospects
  • Manage daily calling activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Work toward weekly and monthly appointment setting targets with clear metrics
  • Communicate effectively with US-based prospects in a professional, results-oriented manner
  • Collaborate with sales closers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments
  • Utilize power dialer technology to maximize call volume and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills with clear accent suitable for US market calling
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection professionally
  • Experience with CRM systems and phone-based sales activities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet consistent targets
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  • Bonus if you have experience with appointment setting or lead generation
  • It helps if you’re familiar with power dialer systems and sales metrics

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
