Our client is seeking a highly skilled, organized, and systems-minded WordPress & Marketing Automation Specialist to own and maintain the company’s digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who values clean systems, seamless integrations, and long-term efficiency—and enjoys building technology that “just works” behind the scenes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a reliable backend infrastructure that supports marketing, operations, and community growth.
Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Bali / Singapore Time (20 work hours per month); Flexible scheduling within these hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages.
- Set up and maintain complex automations and system integrations using Zapier or similar tools.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and seamless user flows across all platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues calmly and effectively as they arise.
- Document systems, processes, and configurations for long-term scalability.
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the tech stack.
- Collaborate with the team using Asana, Slack, and Google Drive for task management.

- WordPress & Hosting servers
- GoHighLevel & Circle
- Zapier
- Email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Asana, Slack, and Google Drive
Requirements
- Highly organized, precise, and methodical approach to technical tasks.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, funnel builders, and landing page creation.
- Proficiency in creating automations and integrations (Zapier or similar).
- Experience with GoHighLevel and/or Circle (or comparable community/CRM platforms).
- Ability to think in systems and long-term architecture rather than just "quick fixes."
- Strong proactive communication skills regarding progress, blockers, and solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
