Our client is seeking a highly skilled, organized, and systems-minded Technical Backend Support Specialist to own and maintain the company’s digital ecosystem.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a reliable backend infrastructure that supports marketing, operations, and community growth. Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible within 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Bali / Singapore Time) (20 hours per month)

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites
- Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
- Set up and maintain automations and system integrations
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and user flows
- Troubleshoot technical issues calmly and effectively
- Document systems, processes, and configurations
- Continuously improve efficiency and scalability of the tech stack
- Collaborate using Asana, Slack, and Google Drive for communication and task management

- Zapier
- Email marketing platforms and CRM systems

Requirements
