Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated B2B Appointment Setter to join their team. This role is focused on high-volume outbound dialing to both commercial and residential leads, with the goal of securing firm appointments for insurance and commercial specialists.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST or 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Call commercial and residential leads to schedule appointments for commercial specialists and home/auto specialists
  • Conduct high-volume outbound dialing using provided lead lists and fresh data leads
  • Schedule appointments via Google Meets calendar system and confirm attendance
  • Input sales data and updates into secondary CRM at end of day (30 minutes)
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure 85% show ratio for scheduled appointments

Requirements

  • B2B sales or appointment setting experience with financial or insurance background
  • Strong phone presence with clear English communication skills and confident delivery
  • Ability to handle objections, answer client questions, and secure strong commitment for appointments
  • Professional demeanor and punctuality for all scheduled meetings
  • Performance-driven mindset with focus on achieving appointment goals

Scope

  • 90% of day dedicated to appointment setting activities
  • Target of 15 appointments per week with 85% show ratio (approximately 51 confirmed appointments per month)
  • Full-time role (40+ hours per week)
  • Use of two CRMs: one for outbound dialing, one for tracking sales and HR functions
  • Access to Google Meets scheduling system tied to team calendars

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
