Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting with Virginia homeowners and helping them discover opportunities to sell their properties. Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to Virginia homeowners to generate qualified real estate leads
• Engage prospects in consultative conversations about selling their properties
• Schedule listing appointments for the real estate sales team
• Utilize multi-line dialer technology (Prospect Boss system) for efficient call management
• Follow proven scripts and sales processes while adapting to individual prospect needs
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and appointment outcomes
• Achieve minimum performance target of one qualified appointment per day
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Previous inside sales or cold calling experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls
• Resilient mindset and persistence in high-volume calling environments
• Bonus if you have experience with real estate lead generation or ISA roles
