Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our digital outreach. Your primary mission is to convert interest into action. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of email and SMS campaigns, as well as the visual assets for our digital advertisements.

The ideal candidate doesn't just "send emails"—they understand the psychology of a Call to Action (CTA) and know how to design visuals that stop the scroll and drive subscriptions.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week | Flexible within Hawaii Standard Time

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute daily/weekly email and SMS marketing flows to engage our audience.
• Creative Design: Design high-quality digital artwork for ads, email headers, and social media content.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-conversion "Call to Action" messages that resonate with the Hawaii market.
• Platform Management: Recommend, set up, and manage campaigns (using tools like Mailchimp or similar industry-leading platforms).
• Growth Focus: Continuously optimize creative assets to improve click-through rates and customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience

• The "CTA" Expert: Proven experience in direct-response marketing. You know how to make people click.
• Visual Design: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create professional digital ad artwork.
• Digital Marketing: Experience managing email lists and SMS marketing platforms.
• Self-Starter: You should be comfortable recommending the best tools and strategies to get our marketing up and going.

Highly Regarded

• Previous experience in the solar or home services industry.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp or advanced CRM/Automations.
• A portfolio showcasing previous ad designs and successful email campaigns.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
