Client Overview
Our client is a growing Australian company with multiple offices and a team of 20 employees. This role will support sales operations and financial processes, ensuring accurate data management and timely administrative support across CRM and accounting platforms.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AWST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Input customer data and contracts into CRM software with a high degree of accuracy based on information provided by the sales team
- Export and generate reports from CRM and accounting systems as required by management
- Execute monthly billing runs from property management software by updating relevant fields and processing routine tasks
- Follow up on payment reminders via email and through accounting software without client phone contact
- Post supplier invoices into the accounting system during scheduled coverage periods
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms
- Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding task status and any system or data discrepancies
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to focused remote work
- Willingness to learn new software platforms and follow documented processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience using Xero accounting software (Preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (Preferred)
- Background in bookkeeping or working with property management software such as Office RD (Preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
