Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping tasks including transaction categorization, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance using QuickBooks
- Conduct research on potential customers and business development opportunities, compiling findings into organized documents
- Complete online forms, navigate client websites, and gather relevant business intelligence to support outreach efforts Provide executive assistant support including scheduling, correspondence management, and general administrative coordination
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as Claude and Fireflies to streamline workflows and enhance task efficiency under supervision
Requirements
- Basic to mid-level experience in bookkeeping with working proficiency in QuickBooks
- High fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated ability to integrate them into daily workflows
- Previous experience in a combined bookkeeping and administrative assistant role
