Client Overview
Our client is a premium direct marketing business specializing in high-quality cookware sales through in-home cooking demonstrations and customer engagement events. This role supports business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships and generating leads through personalized outreach and marketing material preparation.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule, aligned with customer availability windows including morning commute hours, lunch breaks, and evening commute times (Australian Eastern Time zone)—20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage event participation
  • Invite customers to cooking classes and lead generation events through phone outreach, email campaigns, and direct communication
  • Follow up on leads generated from events, referrals, and marketing activities to schedule cooking demonstrations
  • Create and prepare marketing materials including event flyers, recipes, and customer-facing content related to healthy cooking
  • Support customer inquiries and provide information about product upgrades, event schedules, and purchasing options
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and event registrations in designated systems
  • Assist with coordination of church-related fundraising events and community engagement activities

Must-have Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support, telemarketing, or outbound calling roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a warm and engaging phone manner
  • Proficiency with calling software platforms such as RingCentral or similar VoIP systems
  • Experience creating basic marketing materials such as flyers, email content, or promotional documents
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage flexible schedules and work independently

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Previous experience in direct marketing, home demonstration sales, or relationship-based sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer database management
  • Graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva for creating visually appealing marketing materials
  • Background in food, cooking, or wellness industries

Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
