Our client is seeking a social media manager to drive engagement and sales for a growing e-commerce brand in the beauty industry. This role will take full ownership of content creation, campaign management, and performance optimization across key social platforms.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media posts and reels aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook platforms
- Review and ensure all content meets branding guidelines before posting
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns with budget oversight
- Provide strategic recommendations on campaign performance, including pros and cons of different advertising approaches
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversions
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Demonstrated experience managing paid social media campaigns with measurable results
Nice to have:
- Experience working with e-commerce brands, particularly in the beauty or consumer goods industry
- Familiarity with Amazon and direct-to-consumer website marketing strategies
