Client Overview

Our client is seeking a social media manager to drive engagement and sales for a growing e-commerce brand in the beauty industry. This role will take full ownership of content creation, campaign management, and performance optimization across key social platforms.

Schedule

  • Monday  to Friday, flexible within client business hours, New York time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media posts and reels aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook platforms
  • Review and ensure all content meets branding guidelines before posting
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns with budget oversight
  • Provide strategic recommendations on campaign performance, including pros and cons of different advertising approaches
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversions

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid social media campaigns with measurable results

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands, particularly in the beauty or consumer goods industry
  • Familiarity with Amazon and direct-to-consumer website marketing strategies
