Responsibilities:

• Review client onboarding forms to understand required metrics and data tracking needs
• Build custom reporting dashboards using Databox platform (primary tool)
• Integrate data from multiple sources including financial software (Xero), marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and operational systems
• Work with APIs and SQL to pull and format data from various client systems
• Use DataAddo ETL tool when needed for complex data integrations
• Format and structure dashboards to display metrics clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with operations team through Airtable project management system
• Complete dashboard builds within 1-2 hour timeframes per project
• Communicate progress and updates through WhatsApp group coordination

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack software development experience
• Strong proficiency with APIs and SQL database management
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly (Databox training will be provided)
• Understanding of business metrics and KPI tracking
• Experience with dashboard or reporting tools preferred
• Familiarity with financial and marketing software integrations a plus

Scope:

• Initially part-time role with 2-3 dashboard builds per day
• Potential to expand to full-time as client volume grows
• Work primarily with Australian trade businesses across various industries
• Flexible timezone arrangement - can work asynchronously
• Direct collaboration with operations manager and company founder
• Opportunity for additional VA support role expansion within the company
• Focus on efficiency with 1-2 hour completion time per dashboard project

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
