Client Overview:
Our client is a digital agency managing multiple healthcare clinics across Texas, USA. They are seeking a dedicated Virtual Receptionist to support patient communication and scheduling operations across six to seven clinic locations.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Central Time) with a 30 minute paid break

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients and clinic attendees to follow up on scheduling, appointments, and related inquiries
- Manage inbound and outbound email communication with patients regarding appointment confirmations and clinic information
- Operate the client's proprietary CRM system to track patient interactions and scheduling updates
- Coordinate with multiple clinic locations to ensure accurate and timely communication
- Follow training protocols and standard operating procedures specific to clinic workflows and patient engagement guidelines
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative assistant role
- Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems or patient management software
