About the Role:
The Client Success Specialist plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by managing relationships, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. This position acts as a bridge between clients, management, and internal teams, ensuring all communications, files, and projects are organized and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling confidential information while delivering a high level of service.
Schedule:
40 hours a week
Mon - Fri 8am -5pm EST includes 1 hr unpaid break (offers flexibility in the work hours)

Responsibilities:
- Manage client success initiatives, including onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships.
- Handle project management tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
- Process and organize files, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
- Move emails to appropriate systems and ensure all communications are properly tracked.
- Update CRM systems with client information and interaction details.
- Review appraisal reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support to sales, finance, and marketing teams.
- Manage file organization, email correspondence, and calendar scheduling.
- Support customer relations activities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Job Scope:
- Remote position working US business hours.
- Handle confidential appraisal reports and sensitive client information.
- Work directly with the CEO and management team on client success initiatives.
- Support multiple departments including sales, finance, and marketing.
- Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing account management.
- Process high-volume file management and email coordination.
- Contribute to overall business operations and client retention efforts.
- Participate in continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and processes.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in customer success or client relations beyond basic customer service.
- Client Success / Onboarding experience is required
- Project management abilities and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, particularly written communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing appraisal reports and documentation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work with CRM systems and various software platforms.
- Process-minded approach to workflow management.
- Mature, proactive work style with the ability to work independently.
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
