Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to own lead generation, conversion support, and ongoing digital visibility initiatives. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong follow-through, speed, and comfort working across SEO, content, and web assets.
This role is not a general VA role — it is designed for someone who can stay focused on growth without being pulled into bookkeeping or admin tasks.

Responsibilities
- Support lead generation and conversion initiatives
- Execute SEO tasks including:
- Blog publishing and optimization
- Backlink outreach and management
- On-page SEO improvements
- Manage and update WordPress pages, posts, and landing pages
- Assist with landing page development and campaign support
- Create and update Canva-based marketing assets for web and promotions
- Use AI tools to assist with content creation (blogs, copy, drafts) with human review
- Maintain organized tracking of marketing tasks, deliverables, and timelines
- Ensure fast turnaround and responsiveness on assigned growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing or growth execution
- Strong working knowledge of:
- SEO (blogs, backlinks, on-page optimization)
- WordPress (content and page management)
- Canva (basic to intermediate design)
- Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content and marketing workflows
- Highly organized with strong task ownership
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work full-time without being spread across unrelated tasks
- Bonus: experience supporting small businesses or service-based brands
Nice to Have
- Landing page optimization or CRO exposure
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Familiarity with lead tracking or basic CRM workflows
