Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a results-driven appointment setting team where you’ll be responsible for nurturing warm leads and converting them into scheduled sales appointments. You’ll work with pre-qualified prospects who have already shown interest, making your conversations more productive and rewarding than traditional cold calling. Using established processes and proven systems, you’ll manage the critical handoff between lead generation and sales conversion, ensuring prospects are properly qualified and excited for their upcoming sales calls. This role offers the perfect blend of structured guidance and independence, allowing you to develop your skills while contributing to measurable business growth across multiple client accounts.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Eastern Time with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional warm calling and follow-up conversations with pre-qualified leads
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments on client calendars using established booking systems
- Manage prospect communication and relationship building through Slack collaboration platform
- Maintain accurate lead data and appointment tracking within Close.com CRM system
- Follow proven scripts and processes to ensure consistent, professional messaging across all interactions
- Document call outcomes, prospect feedback, and appointment details for comprehensive reporting
- Collaborate with team members to optimize conversion rates and appointment show rates
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service roles
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Close.com experience highly preferred)
- Comfortable using team collaboration tools like Slack for daily communication
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while following established procedures
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional, quiet workspace for phone calls
- Flexible schedule availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
- Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Professional phone presence with clear speaking voice and positive attitude
