Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in driving client success through compelling paid advertising campaigns that make a real difference in the wellness industry. This hybrid role combines your Meta advertising expertise with creative design skills, giving you the opportunity to own both the visual storytelling and campaign execution. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your creative input directly impacts client growth and campaign performance, all while contributing to meaningful projects that help wellness businesses thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging creative designs for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Implement and execute creative assets into Meta advertising platforms
  • Edit and adjust existing advertising campaigns to optimize performance
  • Develop creative content using design tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe software
  • Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and campaign objectives
  • Support campaign management activities including basic optimization and adjustments
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets for health and fitness wellness clients
  • Focus primarily on creative work (approximately 70%) with campaign implementation support (30%)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram ads)
  • Proficiency in creative design tools including Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe software
  • Experience with campaign editing and optimization (building campaigns from scratch not required)
  • Strong creative design skills with ability to produce engaging visual content
  • Understanding of advertising best practices for service-based businesses
  • Bonus if you have experience working with US-based companies
  • It helps if you have experience or interest in the health, fitness, and wellness industry
