Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, Lead Generation Specialist to support their sales pipeline by identifying and collecting high-quality leads. This role focuses strictly on lead research and data gathering — no calling or direct outreach is required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable using online platforms and lead sourcing tools provided by the company.
 
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads using company-provided platforms and databases
  • Scrape and collect accurate contact information from designated sources
  • Verify and validate lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and input leads into spreadsheets or CRM systems
  • Maintain structured and up-to-date lead databases
  • Follow clear instructions and established sourcing criteria
  • Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across all entries
 
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in lead generation, data scraping, or online research (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working with online platforms and lead sourcing systems
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on performance during the application process.
