We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join a growing signage production team. In this role, you will transform client-provided artwork into professional mockups and production-ready design files that become real-world signage solutions.

You’ll collaborate with an established internal design team, balancing creative execution with technical precision. From concept refinement to manufacturing-ready specifications, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring designs are accurate, scalable, and ready for production — with the rewarding opportunity to see your work displayed in communities across the country.

Responsibilities

• Create professional mockups using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) from client-provided files
• Process and optimize artwork through vectorization tools to ensure crisp scaling and prevent pixelation
• Resize designs accurately for various sign formats (12x18 inches to 3x3 feet and beyond)
• Add dimensional marks and technical specifications using standardized templates
• Generate production-ready SVG and PDF files for manufacturing handoff
• Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure smooth workflow from concept to final cut files
• Work with diverse client artwork including logos, graphics, and custom branding
• Maintain high-quality standards and technical accuracy in all deliverables
• Support high-volume project turnaround while preserving design integrity
• Adapt designs across multiple sign types and materials

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  ⚠️ Applications with portfolios will be prioritized
• Experience with file vectorization, image optimization, and scaling techniques
• Strong understanding of dimensional accuracy and production specifications
• Ability to transform client-provided artwork into polished, professional mockups
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

• Experience with signage, print production, or manufacturing workflows
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients and commercial design standards
• Familiarity with SVG file creation and print-to-cut processes
