You’ll play a key role in modernizing operations and building the company’s online presence from the ground up. Schedule  

Monday - Friday, flexible during business hours [Mountain Time], (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram to establish a strong online presence
  • Create engaging content using Canva for social media posting and audience engagement
  • Conduct lead generation research to identify potential clients and decision makers
  • Research companies to determine size, key contacts, and outreach opportunities
  • Organize and compile detailed prospect lists for business development efforts
  • Handle general administrative duties, including email management and operational support
  • Support the owner with various administrative tasks as the business expands
  • Help establish and maintain the company’s digital footprint and online reputation

Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Strong research and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bonus if you have administrative or customer service experience
  • Comfort with lead generation and prospect research is highly preferred
  • Background in financial services or professional services is a plus

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
