They operate a platform that connects businesses needing distribution services with independent contractors who complete the work. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking an Operations Support Virtual Assistant to manage the growing volume of contractor onboarding and quality assurance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls and send messages to new distributors signing up on the platform.
- Guidance: Explain how the app works and guide new contractors through the next steps.
- Quality Assurance: Perform QA reviews of completed jobs by checking tracking maps against assigned distribution areas.
- Verification: Verify that work completed matches the specific requirements of each job.
- Operational Support: Handle routine support tasks and manage repetitive administrative duties related to contractor management as the business scales.
- Communication: Interact with contractors via phone calls and text messages using Australian phone numbers.
- Customer Support: Provide general assistance to all platform users.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a remote setup with a strong administrative background.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting onboarding calls.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail for quality assurance tasks and comfort reviewing tracking data.
- Technical Proficiency: Fast learner who can quickly adapt to proprietary software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage repetitive tasks effectively.
- Reliability: Reliable internet connection, appropriate remote work hardware, and full-time availability during Australian business hours.
- Cognitive Ability: Strong cognitive skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
