About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our client’s technology team. The ideal candidate will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products, working closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Flexible during client business hours, 40 hours per week | full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and performance
- Assist in improving QA processes and testing frameworks
- Provide detailed reports and feedback on testing results
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Reliable remote setup with ability to work independently

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
